EU amends reasons for listing Khalid Shaikh Mohammed & PFLP

The EU has published a notice informing Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine that the reasons for their listings on its terrorism sanctions have been updated, and that they may submit a request to the EU Council before 23 March 2016 to obtain the new statements of reasons.
